Exploring Theater
Exploring Theater is open to all campers entering third through 9th grade. Led by our wonderful director John Freeman. Campers are led through a program of creating, writing, performing and staging their own production.
This program is bi-weekly only so that there is time to do it all. As well as writing, costuming, rehearsing, and set design there are breaks to go to the pool, a morning off for the beach, and time in the park to work under the trees and ensure our performers the sunshine needed to shine.
Each two week session culminates into a showcase or performance open to parents and the whole camp.
John Freeman Director: is a graduate of Carolina School of the Arts. He has performed in many shows throughout the country as well as here in NYC at Lincoln Center. We are glad to have him return once again for a program that continues to be a huge success.
