Camp Hours:

All campers may be dropped off at 8:00 AM.

Regular hours are 8:30 - 4:00 (unless stated otherwise) Look at the calendar of events for trip days and times.

Early Explorers 8:30-4:00 ( with a 2:30 pickup option)
Extended Hours 4:00-6:30.


Shuttle Bus:

The shuttle bus will pick-up and drop-off campers at designated times at designated locations only (see shuttle information under Travel). There is no charge for the morning shuttle. There is a fee for the afternoon shuttle. Campers must be registered in advance for this service. Be on time! The bus will not wait for late arrivals.


What to Wear:

The camp tee shirt is to be worn each day.

Good clothes are not recommended. We get plenty dirty! Good shoes that stay tied or buckled are a must! No open-toed sandals or slip-on shoes are allowed for safety reasons. Our goal is to have fun, play hard, and stay healthy! Each camper will receive three tee shirts on their first day of camp, and are to be worn everyday. Extra shirts are available for purchase. On beach days, campers are asked to bring an extra shirt to change into because they wear their shirts in and out of the water. Bathing suits may be worn under clothes on beach days.

A non-refundable registration fee per child plus a non-refundable deposit per child is due at the time of registration. If you register online you have two weeks to send in this check.

Full payment is due by June 1st. Payments after June 1st are not eligible for discounts. All forms are due by June 15th. After June 15th no refunds will be given for any reason.














No child may start camp unless paid in full.

All campers must have a current medical form submitted by June 15th, or a late fee will be charged.

The NYC Department of Health requires a medical form based on an exam conducted within a years time. No child will be permitted to attend camp without a medical form on file. Call for an appointment as soon as possible if your child is due for a physical. We know from experience that some doctors go on vacation at the end of June, most are very busy, and many simply won’t have a last minute appointment available.  Remember to keep a copy of the form for yourself.
