A non-refundable registration fee per child plus a non-refundable deposit per child is due at the time of registration. Full payment is due by June 1st. Payments after June 1st are not eligible for discounts.

After July 1st no refunds will be given for any reason.

No child may start camp unless paid in full. All campers must have an current medical form submitted by June 22nd.

Camp hours are 8:30AM-3:30PM.

Early drop off begins 8:00AM at no charge.

Early Explorers hours are 8:30AM-2:30PM.

Early Explorers may opt for 4:00PM pickup at an additional cost.

Early Explorers will be let out at 3:00PM on the three camp show days.

Exploring Beyond trip days sometimes get back late. Parents will be given days and late times.

If a camper is not picked up by 3:45PM they will be automatically charged for the extended day unless they are on a field trip.

Camp Hours:

All campers may be dropped off at 8:00 AM.

Regular hours are 8:30 until 4:00
(unless told otherwise)

Early Explorers 8:30-2:30
(3:00 camp show days)

Extended Hours 3:30-6:30

All campers must be picked up by 4:00 or they will be charged for extended day.

Extended day campers must be picked no later than 6:30 PM or and additional charge will apply.

No camper may be left after 7 PM for any reason.

Shuttle Bus:

The shuttle bus will pick-up and drop-off campers at designated times at designated locations only (see shuttle information under Travel). There is no charge for the morning shuttle. There is a fee for the afternoon shuttle. Campers must be registered in advance for this service. Be on time! The bus will not wait for late arrivals.

What to Bring:

Each camper must bring a size-appropriate backpack with a lunch, towel, sun block lotion, water bottle, and snack. We provide a small snack in the late afternoon at pickup. Snacks are also provided during the Extended day.

The children drink water all day, so extra juice boxes are not necessary. Pack light. Campers carry their own packs. Label all clothes, towels, lunch bags, and bottles. Bathing suits must be brought for the pool and beach days. Depending on the trip, it is recommend that campers wear their swimsuits to camp for beach days. Please do not bring any toys or games from home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Extra camp shirts are recommend to be brought on beach days, overnights, etc.

What to Wear:

The camp tee shirt is to be worn each day.

Good clothes are not recommended. We get plenty dirty! Good shoes that stay tied or buckled are a must! No open-toed sandals or slip-on shoes are allowed for safety reasons. Our goal is to have fun, play hard, and stay healthy! Each camper will receive three tee shirts on their first day of camp, and are to be worn everyday. Extra shirts are available for purchase. On beach days, campers are asked to bring an extra shirt to change into because they wear their shirts in and out of the water. Bathing suits may be worn under clothes on beach days.
