Registration

A non-refundable registration fee per child plus a non-refundable deposit per child is due at the time of registration. Full payment is due by June 1st. After June 1st no discounts will be applied. No child may start camp unless paid in full.

Camp Hours

Parents may drop off campers anytime after 8:00 am and pick up after 3:30 PM. All campers must be picked up by 6:30 pm.

Shuttle Bus:

The shuttle bus will pick-up and drop off campers at designated times at designated locations only. (see shuttle information and routes on the web) There is no charge for the morning shuttle.  There is a fee for the afternoon drop off. Campers must be registered in advance for this service. Be on time! The bus will not wait for late arrivals.

Working Parent Drop Off

Parents may opt to drop off their camper off at 7:45 am outside the Atlantic Terminal Train Station at 1 Handson Place. A Park Explorer staff member will be there to wait with them for the am bus.

What to Bring:

Each camper must bring a size-appropriate backpack with a lunch, towel, sun block lotion, refillable water bottle, snack, and shin guards for sports. The children drink water all day. Pack light. Label all clothes, towels, lunch bags, and bottles. Bathing suits must be brought for the pool and worn on beach day. Please do not bring any toys or games from home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What to Wear:

Good clothes are not recommended. We get plenty dirty! Good shoes that stay tied or buckled are a must. No open-toed sandals or slip-on shoes are allowed for safety reasons. Our goal is to have fun, play hard, and stay healthy! Bathing suits may be worn under clothes on beach days. Each family will receive a calendar with daily schedules of events. Each camper will receive three tee shirts on their first day of camp. The camp tee shirt is to be worn each day.

On beach days, campers are asked to bring in an extra shirt to change into.

The deposit only will be used toward the total camp fee. Both the registration Fee and deposit are non-refundable.

Camp hours are 8:30 am-3:30 pm. Early drop off begins 8:00am at no charge.

If a camper is not picked up by 3:30 they will be automatically charged for the extended day.
